**JACK L AND THE RIPTIDE MOVEMENT ADDED TO BARRETSTOWN LINE UP**

Barretstown Inspirations Gig returns to The Olympia Theatre on Friday 2nd May. 

Tickets priced from €36.50 including booking fee are sale now via Ticketmaster.ie, usual Ticketmaster outlets including The Olympia Theatre Box Office, and by calling Ticketmaster at The Olympia Phone Bookings on 0818 719 330. All proceeds go directly to Barretstown.

Approximate times as follows: doors open 7pm, first act on around 7.15pm. We expect the show to be over around 11pm. Please note, times subject to change as always and should be used as a guideline only.

Under 14's must be accompanied by an adult, Over 18's ID required to gain access to the bars where alcohol is served.

Currently at the top of the Irish album charts, The Riptide Movement will be performing as special guests at the show. Also appearing will be Jack L, who will perform with the Barrestown Allstars, more info below.

These new acts announced will be joining The Stunning, The 4 of Us, Republic of Loose, Paddy Casey, The Hot Sprockets, and The Barretstown Allstars, a ‘supergroup’ that includes Irish music legends Tom Dunne, Jack L & Jerry Fish.  More special guests will be announced over the coming weeks.

The show, which will be hosted by Ray D’Arcy, raises much needed funds for Barretstown, the residential camp for children with serious illness set up by the late, great Hollywood actor Paul Newman. The charity are celebrating their 20th anniversary this year having been set up in 1994.

Now in its 6th year, Inspirations has been described as the ‘leading charity musical event in Ireland.’ Previous performers include Sinead O’Connor, Glen Hansard, David Gray, The Coronas, The Strypes Villagers, Kevin Godley and Cerys Matthews. The event has become renowned for its musical collaborations with many memorable duets being performed since the gigs started in 2009.
